Optimal design and operation of ammonia decomposition reactors

The design and steady-state operation of a packed bed reactor with tubular geometry is optimized. Direct optimal control methods are used. Two objective functions are considered: (i) minimization of the ammonia mass fraction at reactor outlet and (ii) minimization of the heat flux necessary to reach a predefined value of the ammonia mass fraction at reactor outlet. The optimization process is performed by using different controls, that is, the space distributions of (1) tube wall temperature T_w , (2) circular tube diameter D_tube , and (3) diameter d_p of the catalyst spherical particles. Results for the first objective function are as follows. The optimal distribution of T_w along the reactor consists of a constant temperature or a U-shaped space temperature distribution, respectively, depending on the allowed range of variation of T_w . The optimal space distribution of D_tube (or, in other words, the shape of the reactor tube) depends of T_w . For smaller values of T_w the tube is narrower at inlet and larger at outlet while the reverse situation happens for larger values of T_w . For lower T_w values, particles with smaller diameter d_p are placed at reactor inlet while when higher values of T_w are considered, particles with larger d_p are placed at reactor inlet. When both D_tube and d_p are used as controls, the optimization results are generally different from the results obtained from one-control optimization. Results for the second objective function are as follows. The optimal space distribution of T_w starts with high values at reactor inlet. Next, the temperature decreases abruptly towards a minimum (which is lower for longer tubes). Finally, the temperature increases smoothly towards a maximum near the reactor outlet. The required heat flux slightly decreases by increasing the tube length. The optimal D_tube ranges between its maximum allowed value (at reactor inlet) and its minimum allowed value (at reactor outlet). The best performance is obtained for catalyst particles of the smallest allowed diameter.

陈四楼煤矿岩巷综合机械化掘进探索

为提高岩巷单进水平，减轻职工劳动强度，在“多上设备少上人”的理念指导下，陈四楼煤矿一直在探索着岩巷快速掘进技术，先后在不同地点、不同条件下实践了6条不同设备配套形式的岩巷作业线，通过对不同岩巷作业线优缺点的对比，在探索中不断改进，使得在不同条件下的岩巷作业线形式逐渐清晰、成熟，最终总结出了适合陈四楼煤矿较为成熟的岩巷作业线，车场、联络巷等较短或拐弯较多的巷道采用耙装机+胶带输送机+采区矸石仓岩巷作业线形式，主要大巷采用液压钻车+挖掘装载机+胶带输送机+采区矸石仓岩巷作业线，与传统的人工打眼、耙矸机+矿车出矸系统比较，采用岩巷作业线平均单进水平由传统工艺的60 m/月提高到90 m/月，施工人员由12人减少到8人，极大地提升了岩巷单进水平、提高工效，降低工人劳动强度。     

面向电网实时运行风险的快速定级方法研究及应用

为满足电网运行实时风险评估时效性要求,解决电网运行实时风险评估与定级中效率与精度两者间协调的问题,在当前国家和主要电网企业规定的电网运行事故定级标准基础上提出了一种快速定级方法。快速定级方法充分考虑了电网运行实际特性,采取数据治理和算法重构两方面主要措施,对原判定方法进行优化处理。通过数据治理,大幅降低了对外部数据的依赖性,并取消了部分不必要的输入数据。采用算法重构,进一步将运行风险定级与实际业务流程紧密联系。以该快速定级方法为核心,构建了支撑电网运行风险分析与事故处置的实时运行风险管理系统,介绍了该系统的功能框架与系统架构。最后结合该系统在贵阳的实际应用情况,分析了快速定级方法的实际使用效益。     

基于SpringBoot框架的中长期水文预报系统设计与开发

鉴于中长期水文预报能有效为宏观防洪形势分析和水资源管理提供科学依据,提出了Java环境下基于SpringBoot框架开发的中长期水文预报系统。该系统集成了包含随机森林、支持向量机、小波分析、贝叶斯模型平均等多种模型方法的Python模型库以提高开发效率;采用了基于RabbitMQ技术的异种语言调用与基于RESTful技术的轻量级接口设计以降低系统响应时间。并搭建了全国主要江河流域共10个断面的中长期水文预报系统作为示例进行分析,实现了中长期水文预报业务化运行,可为同类系统开发提供参考示范。     

The challenges of COVID-19 control policies for sustainable development of business: Evidence from service industries

Such large-scale disruptions as the pandemic increase the uncertainty and risk related to business. Therefore, the business continuity management (BCM) has become an essential technical solution for enterprise emergency response. Since the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 has spread worldwide at an alarming rate causing many threats to sustainable development of the business sector. The decline in consumer demand has hugely impacted service industries, such as wholesale and retail sales, tourism. Enterprise production and operations have faced severe challenges. In this study, we develop a risk factor analysis of BCM under the presence of COVID-19 in China. Based on a statistical survey of 940 enterprises in Hangzhou City, China, this study employs ordinal logistic regression to explore the hindering effect of risk factors introduced by the epidemic on business performance. Then, the interpretive structure model (ISM) is applied to analyze the hierarchical structure of the factors under examination. The key factors influencing the enterprise production and operation during COVID-19 outbreak significantly differ across the sub-sectors of the service industry. Therefore, this paper assesses the resilience of the productive technologies and business models of different industries amid the pandemic. This paper proposes epidemic prevention and control strategy focusing on investment and government regulation to ensure sustainable business development.

基于时序数据的云网协同平台人工智能运维体系

云计算在企业应用中的拓展不但表现为平台规模的拓展，也表现为平台应用的延伸。“云网协同”和“微服务化”是当前企业云平台演进的重要趋势。随着企业信息化建设重要性的持续提升，微服务化云网协同平台的运行维护面临极大挑战。首先分析了平台运维面临的挑战，梳理了平台人工智能运维需求，提出了基于时序数据分析的平台人工智能运维技术体系，并给出了云网协同平台人工智能运维子系统参考设计。所提技术体系和系统设计具有实用性和推广性，可以作为企业云平台建设和优化的技术途径参考。
